1. Skincare & Cosmetic Products – Final Sale

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, all skincare and cosmetic products are FINAL SALE and NON-REFUNDABLE.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for skincare or cosmetic products after purchase, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

2. Beauty & Skincare Devices – Final Sale

​

All personal-use beauty and skincare devices, including LED, red-light therapy, facial, neck, eye, and similar devices, are FINAL SALE and NON-REFUNDABLE.

Due to the personal-use and hygienic nature of these devices, as well as the activation or registration of the manufacturer warranty provided with the product, devices cannot be returned for a refund after purchase. Once the applicable warranty has been activated or registered for the customer, the device cannot be resold as new.

If a device is defective or experiences a covered technical issue, it may qualify for repair, replacement, or service under the applicable manufacturer warranty.

This policy applies except where a refund, return, or other remedy is required by applicable law.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping, defective, or different from the item you ordered, please contact Mela Skin Tech promptly with your order information and, when applicable, photographs of the product and packaging.

After reviewing the claim, we will provide the appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, repair, warranty assistance, or another remedy as required by applicable law.

4. Order Cancellations

Spa services, treatment packages, promotional packages, and bundled purchases are subject to the terms and conditions disclosed at the time of purchase.

Skincare products and personal-use devices included within a package remain subject to the Final Sale and No Refund Policy described above.

Any complimentary or promotional treatments provided with a purchase have no cash value and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or a monetary refund.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing an order. Mela Skin Tech is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
