​At Mela Skin Tech, we kindly ask clients to provide at least 24 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.

Clients must contact the spa directly at least 24 hours before their scheduled appointment to make any changes. Cancellations, rescheduling requests, or no-shows with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the scheduled facial or treatment being deducted from the client's package.

This policy applies to clients with existing treatment packages and does not apply to first-time clients attending their initial appointment.
